Culinary Nutrition
merges the culinary arts with nutrition science. Here is where you find the Chef who knows how to prepare nutritious food, and the dietitian/nutritionist who knows how to cook; the perfect marriage of two (sometimes conflicting) worlds.
Common health concerns can be exacerbated by the food we eat, inversely, they can be managed, treated and even cured by the food we eat. The Culinary Nutritionist/ Registered Dietitian uses evidence-based science to provide nutrition services that prevents illness, promotes and restores health.
